Cupping Therapy

Cupping Therapy a gentle vacuum is formed inside glass 'cups', which are subsequently placed on the skin to provide moderate suction,. The vacuum outcome of the cups creates suction that softens tissues and increases the flow of blood and fluids. By exciting the skin and underlying muscles, it helps free area-specific toxins that have accumulated and encourages circulation of both blood and lymph vessels.

Cupping can be done on the neck, shoulders, back, sacral area, hip, abdomen, thigh, upper arms, calves, and in some cases even the forehead or the soles of the feet, depending on the condition. The feeling of cupping is often characterized as extremely warm and relaxing. Many people find it greatly relaxing. It releases stiff soft tissue and inflexible knots. Contracted, tense and painful muscle tissue will make softer quickly with just a few minutes of cupping. Cupping Therapy has been used for historically not only in China, but also the Middle East, Greece and Russia.

• The building of the Great Wall of China was started at circa in the year 220 B.C., under Qin Shi Huang, and sustained till rule of the Ming dynasty (1368-1644).
• The Great Wall of China is more than 7 meters high and over 5 meters wide.
• The intend behind the construction of the wall was to protect and save the agricultural lands from invasion and to keep the people away from moving out of the Chinese empire.
• The Great Wall of China is one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
• The construction of wall required millions of people, and most of the people belong to peasants, prisoners and soldiers.
• Thousands of people are said to have died during the construction of the Great Wall of China.
• At first, the wall was known as ‘Ten Thousand Li Wall’; which refers to the wall’s length.
• A section of the wall, in the eastern division of China, is made of bricks and stones, while in the western division of wall have been constructed out of earth (stones which are naturally found on the earth) and grass.
• The Great Wall is number of interconnecting walls and is not a single wall.
• The wall was not constructed at stretch, different dynasties, which ruled china over 2000 years, constructed the wall, credit goes to all these dynasties.
• There are more than 10,000 watchtowers and guiding light towers on the Great Wall of China.
• The average height of the Great Wall of China is somewhere around 25 feet.
• The Great Wall of China was stated as a “World Heritage Site’ by UNESCO, in the year 1987.
• The Great Wall of China stretches over an area of approximately 6700 km in toto.
